From 19911998 Toback toured extensively with world renowned choreographer Mark Morris, relocating to Brussels, Belgium with the company for a good part of 9194. Toback took full advantage of down time in NYC by performing with such notable choreographers as:

Meanwhile, she performed her own solo choreography @ PS 122, Dixon Place and HERE and was produced by all these venues as well.
She received an NEA Grant for the body of work created during this time which incorporated movement, song and Shakespearean text woven into Tobacks own taut, personal anecdotes.
From 19912001 she performed in plays produced at The Ontological Theatre @ St Marks Church in shows directed by Johanna S. Meyer (Teaser, Every Motel TV Plays On), Robert Cucuzza (Director of acting program @ The NY Film Academy) and D.J. Mendel, known for his extensive work with avant-garde film maker Hal Hartley and avant-garde theatre pioneer Richard Forman.
